    I am english how do I divorce my tunisian husband
    Please help me. I am an english woman. Living in england I have married a tunisian man, he is in tunisia, I now want a divorce through his lack of commitment. I do not have my arabic marriage certificate, I only have the translated copy in english. Can I still divorce him? I have also adhered to the joint ownership of property, I do not have any money or property though. Please help... thanks

    If you are living in England... you follow the divorce rules in England.. and your property right for assets in the British commonwealth... are those afforded under British law.
