    Petitioner in Florida divorce
If my husband (petitioner) doesn't respond to me (defendent) what happens from this point with the divorce proceeding? I was served and I responded before the 20 days and now he hasn't responded, nor taken the parenting course. Do I have to just wait until he decides he want to proceed?

    Time limits are by Statute.

Where in the process are you? He can't just wait around.

Has a complaint been served on you OR just a summons?
