    Can a spouse be removed for opening the other spouses mail?
    Mail was opened and not given to spouse

    Not most places... what country and state did this happen, laws may vary. We need to know what laws would apply.

    Spouses frequently open the other spouses mail depending on who went to pick it up.

    We need more information than you gave.
