    Can I get legal aid for a divorce
    I am wanting a divorce we have been separted since 2000, just never had the money, I'm only on a disabled check monthly and I can't afford one, and when I asked him about it since its been this long it was way past time, we have a 19 yr old and a 15 yr old he has always gave them money,and he doesn't make much at his job so please help me I'm just wanting this over with can you please help me??

    I can't go to court in front of judge I'm disgonesed with severely depresion and anxioty and can't be in a lot of peple

    First sorry you are going to have to appear in court, at least in GA, it will just be you, the judge, a clerk and maybe the other party.

    Do you and your ex both agree to all of the terms of the divorce, all of the terms of child support and child custody?

    If so, you and he together can file using the same lawyer or para legal.
