    Age of Consent for Michigan?
    I am 16 years old, my dad lives in Wisconsin. I want to live in Wisconsin for a year with my dad but my mom will not let me. Do I get a choice since I am 16?

    No - you do not get to choose until you are 18. If your father goes to the court with jurisdiction (where you live now, most likely) and requests a change of custody, the court may consider your wishes, but is under no obligation to.
