    Decree Nici
    My partner has just received his decree nici. In the letter it says he has the right to appeal but says nothing about applying for his decree absolute. What should he do? Do you apply for it or does it happen automatically? His ex partner file the divorce

    He should contact who did his paperwork, but he should get it 6 weeks after he received the degree nici. He can call the court to ensure it is on file and if not apply for it.
