Wanting to separate from husband and maybe divorce
Yes I'm a disabled woman that has been married to a man for 5 years now and he's verbally abusive and also gave me a vernal disease and he knew he had it, how can I file a divorce and make him pay for it. They also say that I can get a divorce with a tort. How can I go by doing this?
