I have been receiving child support for 6 years along with alimony. 650 per week. 300 alimony 350 child support. This was based on 90,000 a year. Alimony has just stopped and my x is making well over 150,000 I'm just assuming but most likely. We have not gone to a lawyer we wanted to save money but he says I should only get 375 a week.

this is 2 kids. I don't think its right and now have to spend the money for a laywer.

any answers for me.

There are just a few things missing as far as information here. It would help to know about them in order to provide a more complete answer for you.

Are you working? And, if you are, how much are you making weekly or yearly? If you live in the U.S. what is the state in which you live?

How long were you married and what are the ages of your children?

I am interested to find out the ages of your children. I am also wondering where you live and if you are working too. I think your ex husband is very generous to be giving us 600+ dollars a week. I am in dream land, to think of what I could do with that. My children would definitely have good meals on the table nightly! How long were you married? Good luck!
