If married in different county than what is on marriage license
Is that an automatic divorce or annulment?

Can you please elaborate. Are you asking if the license is invalid because it lists a different county?

You really need to elaborate your questions better. I would consult a divorce attorney to determine if the license is void. How long were married, that may have a bearing.

If for example, you get a marriage license in Fulton county GA, and you go to White County and get married, your license is valid as long as it was done in the state of GA.
I understand a few US states require it to be in the same county. You will need to check with the court house where the license was issues.
Had the minister or judge returned it, and it had been invalid, the court would have ( or should have) notified you.

K what you are trying 2 say is that when you got married you lived in 1 county but got your license from another?If this be the case and you have been married 4 6 months depending on the state you live in and most of them are the same then you are Married... If u haven't been married 4 6 months you might be able 2 get it anolled

Actually I think what he is saying is that the marriage CEREMONY took place in a different county then the one that listed on the license.
