    New brunswick canada statute of limitations
    I would like to know what is the statute of limitations that a ex husband can sue you for money for a uhaul that he agreed to pay for that was put on his credit card and we were separated and the divorce was not finalized. The charge on the card was March 2006
    He said he is going to sue me now for it... and has NEVER asked for any payment before today...

    Is he going to include it in the divorce case as part of the separation or talking about small claims court

    Small claims court... there is so much he has done against me since I started a new relationship with someone this past Dec... and I am scared as to what he may do next... keyed my car... porno pages of me on the internet posted my cell number email address to name a few... and he lives right next door to me...
