    How to get divorce overseas?
Okay so here's the situation I am married. My husaband came here to the usa and we legally got married 4years ago.Apparently he left to his country (Pakistan)right after 2weeks of our marriage.I found out I was Pregnant and decided to have our child and the child is 3 years of age now.So the problem is now I am legally married, he has never come back, nor is he going to.How do I get a Divorce? I obviously diserve full custody of my child since he has never paid a penny out of his pocket for the child.Going through a lawyer sounds unreasonable I shouldn't have to be billed for everything.
    Please help me guys...

You find an Attorney in your State. With the permission of the Court you can serve your husband by publication.
