I've been honorably coached by some great people on this site. Now that my troubles seem to be coming to an end for this past tragedy I would like to know what you would do in this situation:

In the midst of my divorce I found out from my kids that my ex-to-be secretly moved my kids into the home of her boyfriend. I don't know this man and he is in contact with my 6 year old daughter and 7 year old son. She told the kids "not to tell daddy because daddy lied to me about many things" (untrue). I didn't know where my kids were living? I didn't know if this man was decent or a mad man? My wife had my kids lie to me and put them in the middle of our divorce! And she did all this before we had developed our parenting plan. While we were technically married, and before we even sat the kids down to explain what was going on. She definitley missed the class about common sense.

So, any way, I'd like to know what you might have done if you were in my shoes, and what the ramifications might be for a woman to do such a thing.

Personally I would have filed a motion in family Court for full physical custody of the kids, on the grounds that she moved them in with this strange man without your consent and then encouraged them to lie about it. And I've told the judge everything you've said here. Even if I didn't get it, it would've forced all of her lies and manipulative behavior out into the open and would've forced her to have to answer for her actions.

I wish it had gone that far. Unfortunately, in my state adultery and immorality is not even recognized by the courts! But I like your thinking.
