    Divorce in the state of Tennesse
    How long from the time of filing for divorce in the state of Tennesse,on grounds of dessertion and not knowing where the other person is,does it take to have the divorce finalized?

    It depends on many, many factors, not the least of which is how long it takes the Court to find and serve the other person and, when located, if he attempts to respond.
