    Complicated question
I was married in Arkansas in 2001 by a jp. I was married for about a year before my wife was unfaithful then we separated but not legally. At that time we were living in California. She moved back home to Mississippi in early 2003. Later in 03 she filed for a divorce there and sent me the papers( which was a no fault divorce, we had no children and she wanted none of my property and I wanted none of hers) sounds simple right? Then it get weird. I signed the papers then sent it back to her in Mississippi. She told me she would contact me when the divorce was final. That was in 03. Since then I have completley lost contact with her. I called all the courthouses in the area where she moved to and there was no record of a divorce. So my question is is there a way I can file for a divorce with out her signing the papers? Or would I have to somehow track her down to do this? I now live in Hawaii. Thanks for your help!

    Divorce
    Hi,
WOW; you really need to talk with a lawyer. Find out what to do legally.
You don't want this to string out for the next 5 years!
    Best of luck,
