    Cheapest way possible
    I need a cheap divorce. We have been separated over a year. No children together and no property to split. I'm struggling on one income so I can't afford a lot. He is willing to sign the papers at my expense because I left him.

    Where is this at ? Rules and regulations differ on waiting time, filing requirements and more.

    Normally hire an attorney, it will be a uncontested divorce, so papers are filled out, both sign and it is filed. Normally one party has to appear in court, the other can waive their right and not appear.
    At times some people use a paralegal to do the paper filing out file it theirself and appear without attorney.

    Others even down load forms from Internet and file
