    Yes, if the judge allows them in, it may depend on who pulls them off the computer, was the IP address confirmed by experts, and more.

    But then divorce really seldom needs any evidence, there is little use to prove the other doing anything.

    It may help somewhat in child custody, but a mother or father having an affair my still get custody or joint custody.

    And often division of property is merely by state law.

    So what do you need to prove from them and why
