    Do you know of any inexpensive university that offers genuine masters degree program in telecommunication?

    No, there is no such inexpensive institution, online or otherwise, that offers a reputable degree in telecommunications.

    There is no such thing as an "inexpensive" master's degree. Get over THAT idea right now.

    As far as online--you may find some schools that offer part of their programs online. More and more reputable colleges and universities are doing so.

    Your best bet is to research schools that offer a telecommunications master's program, then contact them regarding whether a percentage of their program is online.
