    Multiple Sclerosis
I have Multiple Sclerosis and have been afflicted since 1992. I have qualified for Texas Teacher Disability benefits before, but only stayed out of the teaching proffession for one year while collecting benefits. This is my 21st year of teaching. My question is: Am I still eligible for Disability retirement?

You will have to be reassessed by your doctor and the disability board to see if you are eligible.
