    What keeps changing the theme on my Dell Dimension 4550 desktop
    Some days when I log in I have 37 processes running. My theme is different and the thing is slow. I have upgraded the video card and memory over a year ago.

    Check for viruses. I suggest malware bytes for on demand scans and avast! For overall
