    Well... POSSIBLY... but it's very uncommon. Tooth abscess could lead to bacteremia (bacteria in the bloodstream) that could result in abdominal pain... but it's very rare.

    I agree with ISneezeFunny. In the 30 yrs I've been in dentistry I have never heard anyone mention abdominal pain but it is possible with all the poison from the infection running through your body. It is important that you deal with the abscess as soon as possible. I'm sure your stomach would be reacting to all the pus you are swallowing if the abscess is draining.
