Well an absess is an infection and they usually do not get better on their own. There are some home remedies but a dentist is your best bet. Why no antibiotics?

Who diagnosed this as an abscess? Why no antibiotics? What is the next course of treatment your dentist recommended, and why are you looking online for advice for this?

No home renedies. An abscess has to be drained of infection. Leaving it to rot bones and tissue is not a good idea. Get it seen to before it causes other problems.
