If the soreness is because of irritation getting used to the new dentures, you might want to try warm salt water rinses. This will help toughen the skin and keep it from getting irritated, as well as heal any sores you currently have. Take a small amount of water and add a decent pinch of salt to it. Do this a few times a day, and hopefully you will have some relief!
