    Hole in gums
    I have a small hole in my gum which leads to my nostral and my gums are sore what can it be oh by the way I'm a smoker can it be cancer?

    See a doctor immediately if you are experiencing anything wrong with your mouth that severe and you are a smoker. Why would you wait if it concerns your health. I suggest you stop smoking. Yes, I guess it could be cancer if there is a hole in your gums.

    Definitely see your dentist. It could be a fistula that is allowing an abscess to drain, it might also be a canker sore. Definitely quitting smoking would be the smart and responsible thing to do.
