I have been dealing with this guy for 4 years. We have always been friends with benefits.
In the beginning we were just cool but over the years it has grown deeper; but we still remained just friends. Whenever I needed something from him he had my back and it was vice versa.

I had always been in love with him but I kept those feelings inside because I knew that he wasn't ready for a serious relationship. Well one day he ended up getting caught up in some trouble and I had his back 1000%. I stuck by his side just like I had always done and hoped that he would finally see that I could be the person to make him happy and more then a friend.

One day, after all of the years of our friendship he asked me if I wanted to take things a step further. He said that he thought about it for a long time but wanted to be sure that he was ready before coming at me. He said that our friendship was to tight and he didn't want to lose that, but he was ready for me and ready to be the man that I needed.

We were happy together I thought but I found out some shocking news about him and the day I confronted him with what I had found out was the day he ran. He has not been able to face me since that day. He wouldn't call me or come around and when I finally caught up with him and asked him if we could rewind things back to friendship, he shook his head no and asked me to give him some time to get his act together. It's been months with no communication and whenver I see him he looks way.
What does that mean??
