    That is an admiring glance to take in the whole picture if an attractive woman. A compliment, especially if it takes a while!

    Men are visual, women are more emotional. A man sees a woman, he looks her up and down, because men are visual. That's the easiest and most basic explanation.

    How long has it been for u Alty appreciating a well built man? I have one now and the first thing that attracted me to him was broad shoulders, slim build, taller then me, which is always a turn on. That was physical, not emotional.

    My husband is bald and portly. He's always been balding and portly, from the moment we met. What attracted me to him was his sense of humor, and his caring personality, his intelligence, and also his love of animals. To this day he can always make me laugh, we can talk about anything and everything and I never get bored. He thinks about me all the time and does little things to show his love, because we can't afford the big things. He's always there, through thick and thin.

    He's not much to look at, neither am I. I had friends, way back when we first started dating, that asked what I saw in him. It wasn't physical at all, never has been for me. It's entirely emotional, because he's the most amazing man I've ever met, and still is 25 years later. And because of who he is, he's the most attractive man I know.
