    The palyer is single?
    Recently I asked a question about this guy I was dating and that he was a player. One night, I texted him asking him, if he wanted to go to the beach with me and he said sure. However, I decided to go with someone else I was seeing and I had to break the news to him. He seemed upset when I hung up and a few minutes later, he told me not to tell the other guy my secret. This secret is something that I told him about me which occurred in the past. Why did he even bring this up?

    When I reached home, I texted him saying that I want to be friends with him still but he said if we ar going to be friends, we will only say hi and bye. I told him this was no problem.
    Afterwards, he told me that he was single. Why did he tell me this? Is he lying to see if I'd come crawling back? Does he want us to be together? If so, how can initiate the process if he's no longer talking to me?

    Wow, slow down here.. you broke it off with him.. don't be concerned with what he's thinking.. if he wants to be friends he will.. don't pester him.. sometimes it's hard for people to just be friends.. so don't worry or stress.. this is absoutly not something you should be even putting concern on at your age.. it is perfectly normal to be dating a lot and just getting to know people..

    As for him saying not to tell the new guy about your secret.. I think he's trying to suck you back in or he may trying to hint that he's going to spill the beans and he wants you to come back to him and talk to him more so he won't, just another ploy to get you to see him..

    Just move on, if he wants to be friends, then be friends.. Just try contact once and if he doesn't respond well to it, leave it alone
