How much time do guys need?
So, I am still very interested in that guy (I asked about a month ago).
He is still giving me rides home whenever we work the same hours.
And so far we have managed to go out twice (due to time issues), and we have also enjoyed good and long conversations, and I do really like him a lot.
We have also established the question whether this is going somewhere or not. His answer was "I don't know... but actually I don't wanna get involved with anyone from work..." what am I supposed to do with this? Yes, we work at the same place, but we never really work together.
Does this mean we do not stand a chance at all? Or how much time do guys need before they really know?
Honestly, it is kind of driving me crazy because I do really want to be with him, and I could actually picture a future. (haven't told him that because I don't want to freak him out).
But on a different occasion he also said he didn't think we were compatible as he believes I would get bored of him.
    I am very confused...
So where do I go from here?
Does he need more time? Or am I wasting mine?

If it is I don't want to get involved with someone from work, that may just be it, he is a friend who is car pooling with you. Perhaps he had a bad experience at work, many of us here has had those and find if a relationship at work does not end well, it can cause one of the parites to end up leaving their job as well. So you may have to be either blunt and more to the point ( and of course risk having work strange if he says no) or just go on and see if he ever shows that sort of interest.

Many people do have strict rules of not mixing personal life and work
