Has my ex moved on or is he lying to himself?
I was with my boyfriend for 5 and a half years.we broke up due to reasons we both agreed were not our fault. We both knew we suited.throughout he pleaded for me to try again. After 6 months decided to try again and I told him.he said he loved me. Then my best friend died and it had to be put on hold.
2 months later he told me he was seeing someone new.he didn't want to try again because of her. He said he still loves me still, his confused and goes over what went wrong in his head all of the time. We still have things we need to sort out before we can move on. Money he owes me and property we jointly own.
Do you think he has moved on with her? Or is she a rebound? His been with her 5 weeks now and never contacts me. I am going low contact, but I have to contact him about money. We haven't parted on bad terms.
He wants to be friends, but I cant, it hurts. Plus I can't move on.

It does not matter if she is a rebound or not. He has another girl.
You don't have to be friends with him. Leave him alone until you are healed.

You are right.
I would love to not have to see him again, but he owes me a hell of a lot of money, my life savings are in the house and he supposed to be paying them back. So I have to still have contact with him. Its killing me.
I want to move on, but how can I when I still have to see him?

Why do you have to see him. Have him make deposits of the money in your account, send you checks. You don't have to see him.

I have to see him because I want access to the house we still own together. Its still part mine until he has paid me, and I'm sick of sleeping on mates sofas to avoid.

You have to decide if your sanity is more important than where you sleep. If he owes you money, let him sleep elsewhere.

The house will come to a stand still in getting done then. As I'm at uni doing my final year and haven't got time to renovate it. His also changed the locks so I can only get in when he is there. Its really complicated!

You two are still playing games with each other. It's your house too. Have him give you a key. Make a schedule so you can go there when he is not there.

I've tried that. He won't give me a key. I'm not playing games. I just want my money back so I can move on. At the moment I can't move on because he is wanting it all his way. Thanks for your advice though :) xx

Is your name on the house?
He cannot have full possession if your name is on it.
Get yourself a lawyer.

Yes my name is on the house.
Yes I think I am going to have to go down that route. It was a last resort. :(
Thank you for your advice and help :)
