So my boyfriend and I were talking last night, and he asked me who I liked before I met him. I told him who it was and then I asked him if he liked my best friend last year. He was avoiding the question and he said "Ummmmm...... possibly." and I had to keep asking him and then he asked me if I wanted him to lie or tell the truth. I said "the truth" and then he said "Yes. It is a yes.". But I didn't really care. He made it sound like he still liked her, so I asked him if he still liked her. He said "Yes. Happy now?" By then I was very hurt and I wanted to cry. I actually did cry though. I asked him out in the first place because I thought that he was the sweetest guy ever, and that he would probably be the one guy who wouldn't break up with me for my friend. I don't know what to say or do! I know that I should end the relationship, but I don't want to lose him. Advice please?

You are 12 or 13 ? My guess since you are talking and acting like young people who have no idea about relationships. If he is with you, then he "liked' you and wants to be with you. Yes at a early age, and even longer you may "like" or consider several people to be possible boyfriends or girlfriends, and you should date and have many boyfriends or girlfriends before you end up being serious on just one. It is OK to have several boyfriends or people you are dating at one time.

He tried not to tell, you pushed and forced him and made him mad. His honestly made you mad. So why did you force the issues

The question is, who is he with? Does he want to be with you or her? If he wants to be with you, what's the problem. If he wants to be with her, then you let him go. Why would you want him?
