Why Obama should be doing 10 to life in Prison.
Judge Napolitano: The Penalty For Aiding and Abetting Terrorists is Ten Years To Life

Posted on June 11, 2014 by Chris Carrington

Shepard Smith asked Judge Andrew Napolitano whether the Taliban prisoner exchange was legal under the NDAA H.R. 1960 Statute.
The judge explained that the swap was illegal because taxpayer dollars were spent to remove these prisoners from Guantanamo Bay without giving Congress 30 days notice. However, Napolitano goes a step further by pointing out that Obama has provided material assistance (human assets) to the Taliban, which has been identified by Congress to be a non-state terrorist organization.
This is a crime punishable by imprisonment of 10 years to life, which covers all Americans–including the President.

The law of the land applies to every citizen, every person residing on U.S. soil. The President of this once great, and could be great again country, disagrees with that.
President-elect Barack Hussein Obama thinks he is above the law, he feels that his position makes it okay for him to over-ride the system, that he can do what he likes, when he likes with complete impunity.
Thanks to the cowardly inaction of those who could, if they chose to, FORCE Obama to tow the line, he continues to get away with committing acts that would see any other citizen in the country locked away for life.
He is aiding and abetting a terrorist group that seeks to do harm to American citizens, and American interests, at home and on foreign soil.
As Neopolitano said regarding the Taliban prisoners released in exchange for Bowe Bergdahl:
“By releasing these guys into the theatre of war in the Middle East he has provided material assistance to a terrorist organization. Fact, the Taliban has been declared by the Congress and the President to be a non-state terrorist organization.
Fact, federal statute makes it a crime punishable by 10-years in jail, up to life in prison, for materially aiding a terrorist organization. Fact, the courts have ruled any assistance, knowingly and intentionally, provided to a terrorist organization by an American, makes that American liable for prosecution under this statute.”
    Enough said.

you would be rooting for Canada if they didn't suck so much. They haven't qualified since 1986.

Soccer/football isn't my thing. I do sports instead of watching them, except for F1.
But that's not what smoothy was saying as you know.

Feel what? That other countries don't matter? That absolutely not how I feel. I have friends from many countries and love learning about our differences. Glad to see my daughter growing up the same way.

Funny that's how you act in your posts... EVERYTHING Canadian is absolutely perfect... and everyone else does everything wrong... at least to you. Particularly the United States.

Nope... your incessant snarky comments say it all on their own... it has nothing to do with what I feel or not.

That could be said for everyone here on this forum, partisan and loyal to their own while snarky to anyone else's view. Even good reasonable personable and COOL guys like me call names sometimes, and get the same in return.

Truth is when you search through the papers, blogs, and links, the issue no matter what, or where, is remarkably similar, and that's sort of eerie given everybody thinks they live in paradise and are so evolved that they have solutions to everybody else's problem. But I hardly expect any of you arrogant snobs to understand given none of you lives in the GREAT state of Texas, so you know nothing of what a true paradise looks like. :D

lol ,I don't want to live there . But I wouldn't mind if NY adopted some of Texas' attitudes and governance.
Did you see that the emperor is going to give us another afternoon of 'Barack-lock ' during rush hour today so he can attend a LGBT Leadership Council fundraiser ?????? Really ???

Sh+t like that don't happen it Texas.
