What does it take to say what is not being said
Narromine at flashpoint after suspected revenge fire attack

Some may consider this report strange, what is not being said? This story has an ethnic component, three chinese men killed an intruder and then the house they were in was burned down. Very strange circumstances but what is not being said. For one thing the chinese weren't locals, well readily apparent, nothing unusual there but the intruder, not a word about him? Why would this event bring the riot squad out in force? I suspect that the fellow who allegedly went to retrieve a football was aboriginal, the word that dare not be spoken, but in a small western community the chances of being right are very high indeed.

Do you know why? Because you cannot accuse one of them without reprisal, to kill one will bring retribution, irrespective of whether a crime was committed or not. Why, because they are above the law, a law unto themselves. We have been down this road before, in Redfern, in Moree, in Dubbo but they do not learn

I think you should let them open casinos and sell tax free tobacco.

What so they can sit around all day sniffing petrol and drinking booze, and this is different.. HOW!

It would have escaped your attention that the three Chinese were seasonal fruit pickers

Yes, strange that isn't it? I heard you had a bad case of that way back when

I don't know if it has a bearing but there has been a distinct increase is break/enter/steal offences in Narromine in recent times. It now remains to see if they have been reduced.
