Yes it happens ... more so lately than I have ever seen before.

Rarely is anything done about it.


Yesterday may have marked a change in the relationship of the Executive and Judicial Branch not seen since the days of President Andrew Jackson. Jackson battled the courts at least twice. One involved Indian Removal .He also fought them over the 2nd bank of the US. But these were both a matter of the executive refusing to enforce court decisions.

I don't recall a time where the executive took action against a judge defying the law in defiance of executive orders .

That changed when Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested for obstructing the arrest of an illegal alien in her court April 18 .

"Americans are watching with outrage the stunning news that Trump's FBI has arrested a sitting judge in Milwaukee for alleged obstruction of an immigration arrest," Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., said in a statement.
"This is a drastic escalation and dangerous new front in Trump's authoritarian campaign of trying to bully, intimidate, and impeach judges who won't follow his dictates," said Raskin, the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee. "We must do whatever we can to defend the independent judiciary in America."

The facts .... She had on her docket a case against Eduardo Flores-Ruiz ;an illegal alien was was accused of beating the sh*t out of a man an woman, putting them in a hospital. In the court were the victims ;and ICE agents ready to detain him.

She secretly allowed him to escape through a jury entrance to the court while she distracted the ICE officers with a useless visit to the principal of judges, supposedly in the name of due process,.

Then she stalled .The victims and agents sat in court all day before she declared court adjourned . The FBI arrested her yesterday .


She was released after her arrest .No doubt she will use her new celebrity platform.
The Dems are predictably shouting fascism from the roof tops . I expect she will be the next martyr sanctified .
