In this edition ; the Simes thought it was appropriate in the days before we celebrate the birth of Jesus to question the bible account of the "virgin birth".

I love these stories from the Gospels. The skies opened up when I heard them. They picture human lives drawn into divine mystery: “God in man made manifest,” as one Christmas carol says. We can take them seriously without taking everything literally.
