I was commenting specifically on teachers who spend a good part of their career in so called 'rubber rooms' where rules prevent them from being fired ,even though they are incompetent ;and in some cases predators. But you knew what I meant already because saying that there were no competent teachers would've been an absurd proposition. So you were just nit picking .
