He's the only one I gave money to when they were all running. He was my first choice.

He's 76 years old or so, and he is a member of the lunatic fringe... out of touch with reality.

It is easy to complain----making change on such a mammoth enterprise as the US government and the US ecomony... without destroying our country... not so easy!!

It's weird how perception works - I view him as speaking with the sanest mind out there.

If "lunatic fringe" means having actually read and vote according to the US Constitution, then I guess I am a lunatic, too.

I think it was mainly his isolationist views that sunk his ship. You can imagine what the Dems would have done with that.

You and about 1% of the other voters.

And you think Palin is an idiot? Keep a damp washrag handy. You're going to need it to get the egg off your face when Palin mops the floor with Biden.

Maybe you need to beat the drums for McCain to appoint Ron Paul to some position where he can have input in to the economic policies. That seems to be his strong suite.

Right because she is a foreign policy expert because you can see Russia from Alaska!! At least Biden is the chair of the foreign relations committee. I can not wait until 10/02/08

Why isn't he the nominee ? Because no one takes his foreign policy seriously . When asked how he would've handled the 9-11 attack he said he would've issued a letter of marque because that is the only constitutional thing a President could do.

But he does have some sound ideas on the size of the Federal Government . I would put him in the Dept of Education and task him with dismantling it.
