Burns at the time was the emperor's deputy Sec State. Others are Kathryn Ruemmler ;formerly the emperor's White House Council and chief legal officer at Goldman Sachs ; and lefty intellectual influencer Noam Chomsky. Epstein visited Leon Botstein President of Bard College along with several young women. The Journal does not accuse any of them of any wrong doing. It just points out that these people did not appear on the "black book" or on any flight logs to Epstein's sex island . Ruemmler met with Epstein dozens of times in the years between her White House and Goldman Sachs gigs. Burns met with him 3 times.Botstein said he was trying to get Epstein to donate to his school. Chomsky said he wanted to discuss political and academic subjects with Epstein .
