    Is Hillary Stronger than McCain?
According to the Top Republican strategist, Karl Rove, she is! Therefore, the question is if McCain would trounce Obama in the general election but have a much tougher time with Hillary, shouldn't Obama consider this for the good of the Democratic Party?

Read about these BREAKING NEWS which could change things for those concerned about the Democratic Party winning in November!

Karl Rove is a paid Republican news commentator, and a poor mans version of Rush Windbag at that. ABC News Senior National Correspondent "Jake Tapper" churns out one asinine blog after another. The general election is a single Democrat versus a single Republican, not two Democrats splitting votes based on Democratic primaries versus a single Republican in the general election. Reality Sky, reality. Snap, snap, snap... wake up.

I think this is basically true. Evita moved to the center early . She made a mistake because in the primaries the Huffpos and Kossaks have taken over the Democrat party. Obama secured their extreme base but has not connected with the center and will have a real hard time doing so at this point.

Had Hillary taken the caucus' process a little more seriously then things might have been different. There is still a chance of course that she could win but it looks like it is a little too late. But she has done a great service to the country by showing the country Obama's great vulnerability. Not only can't he capture the center .He has shown his great disdain for the Middle Class. He doesn't even attempt to court them anymore.

If Evita was the nominee then she would be competing with McCain for the same voting blocks ;conservative Democrats and liberal Republicans.

No. It was basic BS. McCain's not getting a lot of first time voters come November and besides he's still working on maintaining the Republican extreme base.

I'm sure you would know, "au contraire". It's the kind of imagination that Obama had when he went wild outspending Hillary in all those BIG states thinking he would emerge the winner only to learn that Hillary took California, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc. and he has yet to win a big state. So, it indeed takes a whole lot of imagination on their part PLUS Big Bucks that did not translate into winning the voters over from those places. ;)

You're drifting further from reality with each post. Did you know that North Carolina is our nation's tenth largest state?? Are you aware that Obama won that state?? Obama won the caucus in Texas. Do you know how big the State of Texas is?? Obama's going to end up getting the far majority of those Democrats that voted for Hillary in those other big states and maintain the big states that he already won including the middle and smaller states as well. Did you know that?? Need I remind you that Obama has won twice as many elections in the Democratic primary than Hillary?? Do you know what 2 to 1 means?? Did you know that Hillary needs many of those states that Obama won in the primary or she ends up losing in the general election?? Did you know that Obama has more advertising money because his supporters actually support him by putting their money where there mouth is?? Did you know that Hillary had to pony up her own money twice in this election?? Sky, think about starting the day with a grande cup of Starbucks strongest. You could really use it. And put a pinch of salt in your drink to help cut that bitterness. :)

Calm down au Bobby! Calm down! Down boy, down! I know I bring out the worst in you but this is ridiculous! It's just not worth having a cow over! :D I know it's struck a chord because you know I'm right. Hillary has won the votes from those Big states Obama can only salivate over. That come election time, if he's the nominee, more people than you care to realize will be jumping over to McCain. The rest will simply stay home and not vote. That's the reality of the situation, Bubba, er, Bobby, no matter how you try to spin it. And by the way, "au contraire", you could really use a good anti-gas just about now to help you get rid of that bloated ostentatious aura about you. I hate to see you this way. Besides, you could also use more than just a dash of sense in your postings. Have a great day, "au". :p

    Hello Sky:

In my opinion, there aren't any Hillary democrats who would vote for McCain if Obama gets the nod.

This country has been SOOOOO split apart, that there aren't too many people in the middle any more... I don't know ONE - not ONE. I don't think you know many either.

If that is true then they are lying to the exit polsters .

If McCain vs. Obama, 28% of Clinton Backers Go for McCain

You see they play identity politics in the Democrat party . The Hillary supporters see this as a gender bias issue . The Obama supporters would see it as a race bias . Cynthia Ruccia is an organizer of a national group called 'Clinton Supporters Count, Too'. Ruccia, who was once a Democratic candidate for an Ohio congressional seat, said that Democratic Party leaders have failed to take Obama and his supporters to task for sexist comments directed against Clinton. I got this email the other day :

A MESSAGE FROM "CLINTON SUPPORTERS COUNT TOO"

Your responses are pouring in and have filled our inboxes in all states. We are moving rapidly and will have a website up soon, and are trying to respond to your emails as quickly as possible. Please pass this information on to everyone you can.

Here's what we need to do.

Make calls to OR and KY. We will have another stunning victory in KY and close the gap in OR. We believe the opposition will announce that he has won the nomination on May 20th after the polls close. It will not be believable when Hillary is announcing a HUGE VICTORY IN KY.
Organize a demonstration in front of your local NBC affiliate on election night, May 20th, starting at 6:30pm, until, preferably, the close of the 11:00 news. If you do not live close to your NBC affiliate, DO NOT WATCH IT. MAKE THEIR RATINGS PLUMMET. This must be done nationwide so that our numbers and strength are visible. We have announced this boycott of NBC at our press conference. Do this to show the strength of Hillary Supporters to defeat this less-qualified candidate that has been blatantly aided with biased reporting by much of the media, and protest the sexist behavior and disgraceful comments from NBC anchors. Make you own signs, for Hillary or against any of these offenses. Use your imagination. But most of all, JUST DO IT. YOU BEING THERE WILL MAKE THE STATEMENT THAT WOMEN ALL OVER AMERICA, ARE MAD AS HECK AND AREN'T GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE.

Lastly, for this email anyway….. THIS IS NOT OVER…DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU IT IS AND DON'T LET YOURSELF THINK IT IS. IT IS NOT OVER. This is only one part of the Road to the White House and the candidates are statistically neck to neck. The next step is the Resolution of FL and MI and we will demonstrate in Washington on May 31st when the Rules Committee meets. Save the date. …more later. Each time we enter a new phase we will determine the most effective strategy and communicate it to you. Your part is to help make it happen throughout OH, MI, PA and FL, the critical states where we have the advantage.

THIS IS OUR MOMENT. HILLARY IS OUR CANDIDATE. WE HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE HISTORY. LET'S USE IT!

    Jamie Dixey

    Clinton Supporters Count Too!
Either way they are going to piss off one of their base constituencies.

You think Obama isn't concerned about this ? Think again. He hired 400 bloggers to try to play footsie with Hillary supporters on-line; and Obama has issued directives to his supporters to ratchet down the anti-Hillary rhetoric .

But what happens if Hillary gets the majority of the popular vote (still a possibility depending on the rules committee meeting this month over Fla and Michigan ) but Obama secures the delegate count ? The Democrats need to tread very carefully: handing the nomination to the person who does NOT have the popular vote, and thus the will of the people, will be disastrous in light of all their rhetoric after the 2000 election.

Yeah, he won half of the Democrats' ridiculous "Texas Two Step." Hillary won the primary and the popular vote... though Obama won more delegates in the primary. Texas Democrats were disenfranchised!! :D

Yeah, he pointed out that Robert Byrd went from Ku Klux Klan Kleagle to endorsing Obama in just 66 short years.

Either an evolution or the longest flip flop in history . Either way ; it isn't good news for Evita. She was counting on the West Virginia bitter people... and who is more bitter than Sheets Byrd ?

Steve you're either joining forces with the author of confusion or just ignorant as to the rules of the Democratic primary in Texas that both Hillary and Obama were well aware of??

Speaking personally, if it came to it, I fancy that I could crush McCain in an arm wrestle, tug of war or other test of strength. I do have 9 years on him, though.

    Was that the question?
