Did UN intentionally sabotage Trump's visit ?
Trump thinks so . He addressed the UN Tuesday . During his visit ,the escalator abruptly stopped as he and Melania stepped on it forcing them to have to walk up .
During his speech there were "technical issues" with both his microphone and his teleprompter (good thing unlike Clueless Joe ;he functions well without reading someone else's thoughts in large bold print.) You can disagree with the things he said . It is too much of a coincidence that they all failed . How do we know he is right ? The Sunday London Times reported about UN staffers joking about sabotaging his visit in retaliation to US funding cuts and anti-UN policies . This was 2 days before his address. The UN said the escalator snafu was a technical glitch that was triggered by a member of the US delegation. Maybe that explanation would be believable if that was the only incident . Trump went with the flow . When the teleprompter failed he spoke off the cuff ;speaking much longer than the time he was allotted . At the conclusion of his address he asked Melania how he had done. She said she did not hear a word of it . That is when they knew that the microphone had failed too. I'll say it again . The UN building at Turtle Bay NYC would make so great housing units . Move them to a location where they can be closer to where they do their "service" ........ some place like Gaza City . |
