It is reported another Al Qaeda leader has been dispatched in Pakistan. It is to be hoped that the kingpin Ayman al-Zawahiri will soon the tracked down so that this sad era can be laid to rest

In all of this the role of Pakistan is little mentioned but I wonder are these terrorists being given sanctuary in Pakistan and to what degree is Pakistan playing a double game

However ;It must be stated that there was a lull in the drone strikes when the Obots thought they could negotiate to re-open the land supply lines through Pakistan into Afghanistan . When they couldn't come to agreement ,the drone strikes commenced on steroids .

Also I would also point out that recently the Obama supporting major dinosaur media have lost that loving feeling because the President is doing his best LBJ imitation ,and micromanaging the air attacks... going so far as to personally signing off on all targeting . Tom you have to get it, the ISI started the jihad, nurtured it, if you scratch an ISI you probably find a pustun, they don't just live in the hills. There is a lot of family business in Pakistan and Pakistan has been ruled by the military for much of its existence. They probably expected to be able to turn the jihad against India and you also need to understand pakis don't like playing second fiddle it is part of the muslim mystique. I think that the jihad is part of the Pakistani paranoia, the soviet invasion came a little too close for comfort, you have to remember the history of the place, it has been conquered more time than they have had hot dinners
