Will CA Prop 36 show up on a background check for employment?
I am applying for a job, and I was just recently placed in the CA prop 36 program, no more than 3 days ago. Will it show up on my background check for employment?

Prop 36 is a medical program so will not show up on a background check. The crime you were convicted for to be placed in Prop 36 will.
