    What is the standard federal bond amount for drug conspiracy ?
    My brother was picked up by the federal police.he was charged with drug conspiracy. This is his first charge with federal court. He has a misdemeanor drug charge but, it was 3 years ago. I want to know what is the standard bond amount for a federal drug conspiracy charge.

    Good question. Since the US really has no "federal police". They do have the FBI and DEA though, that some might consider federal police.

    There are many agencies that are considered Federal police,
    There are those in Washington DC that do building security, and all around the country that do it ( they do have regular police powers) There is the Federal Mint Police that guard the mints and have normal police powers also.

    There are dozens of such agencies.
