    Hello h:

    It depends on HOW much you defrauded someone out of. If it was MILLIONS, you could go away for a long time. If it was pennies, probably not.

    The sentence from the judge where the DA has charged you with fraud.

    Each state has its own written laws as to what acts make up fraud, as compared to theft. So it will depend on what they did
