What happens after I violate a two-year unsupervised probation?
I was put on two years of unsupervised probation for marijuana possession in February, 2011. It's been two months, and today my friends and I were smoking in the back yard and the neighbors called the cops. They showed up and searched my car and found my weed and scale, and charged me with possession and paraphernalia. I'm 18, and I have a lawyer. How will this most likely turn out for me? I know it can be hard to tell, but I'd like just a guess?

    Hello w:

Hopefully, you didn't give the cops permission to search your car, because that would an illegal search.

I think they'll put you on regular probation. You're right. I'm just guessing.
