Is there a site based in the UK where I can check Public court records ?
I am an employer and want to check if any of my staff have unspent convictions without completing CRB checks.

Hi gavin, yes there is a site or sites available in the UK and Scotland and they are all accessible on Google by entering 'on line public court records in the UK'. I could have picked just anyone, but are all different and it states there are l000s of pages to go through. So you might want to take a look yourself and just pick the category you want.
