    theft under $500
    hi caught shoplifting in canada the value of the items are $220 .first time dumb thing to do . Have gotten a lawyer stated he going for diversion what are my chance. The told me he didn't arrest me because I have kids .

    Yes my first time . As well I just gotten into unversity to do nursing and they as well need a police report am so slowly losing it.

I am looking to purchase the best digital camera I can for less than $500. While I am especially taken by the features offered by the SONY MVC CD-350 (disc type) the sales people I have talked to seem to prefer the Fuji FinePix 55000 or the FinePix A310 which are both "stick type"?? Thanks. Ponton
