    Is a suspended license considered a conviction on your background check?
    I have a ticket that I didn't know about and didn't find out until my license was suspended. I have traffic violations is that considered a conviction? For driving without a license?

    Most companies are looking for a history of DUI, reckless driving or whether you are insurable or a risk if they put you on a company vehicle. A suspended driver's license is not a conviction unless you knowingly drove with a suspended license and was arrested. A suspension should show up, but will it keep you from getting the job? Probably not. You can run your own background check on you.
