    I was assulted he also got resisting and disorderly he's on parole/back to prison?
    My friends boyfriend assaulted me when the police came his girlfriend witnessed it and told the police they arrested him and he resisted arrest and also got a disorderly conduct, I didn't go to the hospital though and the police didn't take pictures so he says nothing is going to happen evn though he hit me and slammed mt head in the wall ( and I am a female) He is on parole did 3 yrs for receiving stolen propery poss. Cocaine high speed chase I don't know what time he was supposed to serve... but I just want to know will this send him back to prison for possibly how long, and is it at all possible he gets off??

    Update* the judge dismissed the charges and PO never violated him... snitch...
