    Sexual assault statue of limitations
    Is it possible to have a pending investigation on alleged sexual assault charge that happened over 7-8 years ago? If there was a police statement made at the time but no warrants were issued what does this mean?? Can the crown re investigate the charge to this current date?

    And, yes, it's possible but need to know where, ages of parties at the time and now.
