How much time was suspended by the judge when you were placed on probabtion? Also do you have any prior offenses, how long have you been on probabtion? Was the bench warrant for another case?

What do you mean by "its past due" what was your first probation violation ( you said this was second) what happened on your first violation ?

Are you going to turn yourself in or make them find you ?

You can be made to serve the entire year in jail, but the answer to the above will help give us an idea

You can anything up to the max of your suspended sentence most likely there are two things that shuould happen here one turn yourself in to the police, next thing that will happen they will probably make you sit in jail till your court date seeing that you didn't show up for the one causing you to get a bench warrant the time you serve there will be time credited to you once you do go to court usually court date will range from a couple weeks to a couple months depending on where you live and show busy they are and the serverity of your crime. So to wrap this up in a nut shell get everything planned out as much as you can as far as people paying your bills letting family members a close friend that your turning yourself in , go to the police station let them know you have a bench warrant go to jail get free meals sleep a lot go to court and hopefully ull have enough credited time for them to reinstate your probabtion

So I'm my opinion you would be looking at 25 days in jail
