How long after you get convicted of a felony, but are sent to a drug deviation program and not jail, does this show up on your background, lets say, for a background check?

OK I have another question on prop 36. After I complete the program, does my felony get dismissed? And how long after completion am I off probation?

I am applying for a job, and I was just recently placed in the CA prop 36 program, no more than 3 days ago. Will it show up on my background check for employment?
